Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer or a sole trader treated as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods. Sending your statement before the deadline expires is sufficient.

2. How to withdraw

Send your statement to orders@apisense.ai or in writing to: Apisense sp. z o.o., ul. Juliusza Osterwy 80, 30-699 Kraków, Poland. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Returning the Goods

Return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your statement. Refunds are made using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the Goods or proof of their return, whichever comes first.

5. Condition of returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where possible, please return the Goods in their original packaging with all accessories.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the packaging was opened after delivery.

7. Faulty or non-conforming Goods

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights where the Goods do not conform to the contract. Send your claim to orders@apisense.ai — we will handle it within 14 days. In such cases the Seller covers the cost of returning the Goods.
